EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS THROUGH BEAUTY, with inclusivity and INTEGRITY, JUST A HAIR AT A TIME.

It all began…

From a young age, when Barbie’s and American Girl Dolls placed as my muse. I taught myself how to braid in the fourth grade. This came in handy, as I soon became my traveling softball teams game day hairdresser. After a small derailment for advanced studies, achieving a B.A. in Music with a focus in Percussion, I received my cosmetology license at 23. I am a proud Aveda Alum, from the Aveda Fredric's Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana. That very same year I completed my reciprocity for Washington state and moved across the country.
I worked at Habitude Salon & Day Spa in both the Ballard and Fremont neighborhoods of Seattle for six and a half years. There I completed two advanced training programs before stepping into a role as Team Lead and Aveda Ambassador. This extensive experience has allowed me to refine my craft, becoming proficient at handling all hair types, textures, and lengths. I am a lifetime learner and committed to continuing education. This commitment ensures my continuous knowledge of the most health-conscious and superior products, techniques, and tools in the industry.
From alternative and expressive, to natural and blended, I am passionate about infusing a touch of modernity into timeless looks, making them not just stylish but also approachable for everyone. My goal is to bring a sweet blend of professionalism and innovation to the wearable art of hairstyling, delivering experiences that leave guests feeling both pampered and empowered. Come as you are to my chair, and we'll collaborate to make something great.
  • The, side-kick I take everywhere. Joey is my 14-year old, Bichon Frisée. Outside of napping, his is favorite pastime is to walk, stop and sniff around. He never wants to be left at home and is always down for an adventure. We enjoy exploring the PNW together. Joey’s favorite treats are cucumber and cheese.

  • Born and raised in a small, Indiana town, surrounded by corn. I am the oldest of three with a younger sister and brother. The five of us are close. Growing up, we spent a lot of time outside and on the water. Now when we visit, we love to catch up over a game of Euchre.

  • I have a B.A. in Music with a focus in Percussion from Adrian College in Michigan. As a percussionist you learn to play any instrument you can hit with your hand or a stick. My favorite instrument to play is the Marimba. Now, I play for fun. I make do with a keyboard piano but hope to one day have a Marimba of my very own.

  • I love seeing and experiencing new places that can broaden my perspective. I will road trip any chance I get. Trying all the local food possible along the way. I’d like to visit all 50 states in my life time. Yes, I have Hawaii and Alaska checked off my list! My next travel goal is to visit outside the country for the first time.
