Corrective color is used to correct a paranormal hair-tivity situation, adjust an at home hair color, make a drastic change with your color such as going from very dark to very light and/or dive into a situation yielding unpredictable results.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do ask for 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% per hour session booked, cancellation fee does apply. An invoice for the fee will be promptly issued to you via email. It is essential that the invoice is settled in full within two business days. Please note that failure to make the payment in a timely manner will result in the inability to reschedule future appointments.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue at no additional charge within 14 days of the original appointment date. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color. ALL SERVICES/SALES ARE FINAL

NO SHOW POLICY: Same day cancellations less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment or a “no show” (failure to show) will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
